Well, these are no Oscars. But the zodiac darlings who star in populist hits went for feathers, black sparkle, and shine to impress the underage audiences. And for the most part, we’re impressed.

Cannes You Handle All the Astro Chic?

Yes, this is the time of the year when Hollywood producers, overzealous stylists, attention seeking starlets, and plenty of diamond bodyguards descend upon the tiny city of Cannes in France for its annual Film Festival and endless photo ops. And there’s no holding back when it comes to walking down the red carpet at the Grand Palais (it’s actually much tinier looking in person). The Astro lovelies bring out the big gems and gowns for the occasion and there’s no room for modesty. Our favorite included Virgo Salma Hayek (in Gucci couture), Bull Cate Blanchett ( in the last dress Alxander McQueen has ever designed), and French friendly Pisces Eva Longoria Parker who shined in Pucci.

Jemaine's Monthly AstroStars Forecast, Horoscope, Astro Crack

When Mercury the planet of communication and commerce goes retrograde or backwards it not only affects us individually but causes all sorts of ramifications worldwide. This was certainly indicative when all European flights were grounded to a halt, causing chaos across the globe. Mercury is a fast moving planet and when it is in reverse four times a year it brings about calamities usually of a travel nature as movement is slower putting us into a state of flux. Communication confusion also occurs; conversations may get lost in translation or not reach the intended recipient. The consequences of these flight stoppages will not only have implications on the aviation industry for months to come but it will also have a global effect economically with a loss of revenue. Economic shake ups may be something we may need to contend with in the future, a knock on effect from Pluto the planet of regeneration in the business minded sign of Capricorn. On a lighter note this period is time to review and reassess the past, present and future.  Difficulties and delays come to an end May 11, releasing the anxieties and struggles of the past month.  Finally we can proceed to our destination or goal unencumbered by obstacles and it is only when overcome challenges can confidence be gained.
