Famous Aquarian Mayor Michael Bloomberg (born February 14, 1942) finally lived out his ultimate zodiac fantasy this weekend by belting out the “Age of Aquarius” with the cast of Hair at New York’s Inner Circle dinner. And is it ever! After winning the controversial third term in November, Bloomberg is still a big pimp in New York with billions in his humble bank account and plenty of political stock. To make his Hair fantasy complete, this Aqua man dressed as a hippie and even invited Sag Snooki (born November 23, 1988) to join him on stage.
Astro Oscar Preview: Best Actress

It’s time for big girls to take a spin on the Oscar carousel, and this ride will be a battle. Which actress will claw her way to the top?
Sandra Bullock (Leo) “The Blind Side”
Why she’ll triumph: Without a doubt, Leo Bullock earned her fur this year by becoming the most bankable actor of 2010 (male or female). She also won three major wards she was nominated for (including the SAG and the Golden Globe) thus becoming the most unlikely frontrunner of the year. This lioness is itching for her coronation.
Why she won’t: But can a so-so Southern accent and blonde bleach really win you an Oscar? Especially when Meryl Streep was denied for like a quarter of the century?
Helen Mirren (Leo) “The Last Station”
Why she’ll triumph: Lionesses like Mirren have won 5 out of 11 last times in this category. It’s a juicy, masterful, and a memorable role at Leo Tolstoy’s intriguing wife.
Why she won’t: Her last statue (won in 2007) is not rotting just yet. The academy already paid their Mirren dues.
Carey Mulligan (Gemini) “An Education”
Why she’ll triumph: The Academy loved the film and nominated it for Best Picture. Its breakout Gemini star gave a star making performance that drew comparisons with none other than Audrey Hepburn. Why not reward her early in what looks to be like a lengthy career?
Why she won’t: She did win a BAFTA, but was that just a British bluff? Mulligan turned off some voters by not being as appealing and bubbly as some expected her to be in real life. This is just not her time.
Gabourney Sidibe (Taurus) “ Precious”
Why she’ll triumph: Sidibe has the most demanding role in the lot and her illiterate character is virtually opposite of actresses’ real life charms. It was an impacting, deeply felt performance that might send shockwaves through the world on Oscar night.
Why she won’t: Taurus women haven’t won in the lead (as opposed to supporting) since 1974. Her competition is simply too stiff this year and Precious will undoubtedly be rewarded with Mo’Nique’s win.
Meryl Streep (Cancer) “Julie & Julia”
Why she’ll triumph: This poor woman got dressed up over and over since 1983 on Oscar night…only to lose 13 times. After winning a Globe and starring in two more hits this year, she’s way overdue. Her loss to Leo Bullock (who’s also favored to win a Razzie this year) might be too painful to bare. It’s easy, right? Oscar is hers.
Why she won’t: But Hollywood doesn’t often follow logic. It’s widely believed that this is Bullock’s year and Streep will just have to fake her applause on Sunday and hope that she competes with robots or five-year olds next year.
Astro Prediction: Bullock wins the gold in an appoprietly Leo gold dress, while Streep sucks up her pride and tells reporters that she’s “just thrilled for Sandra”.
2010 Astro Oscar Preview: Best Supporting Actress

If it seems that the awards season has lasted forever, that’s because it has. The speculation on potential nominees has begun as early as last June, and after dozens of champagne fueled industry gatherings that commenced in the fall the Oscar ballots are finally due in the matter of days. We’re taking a zodiac look at the top individual categories starting with supporting actress.
Penélope Cruz (Taurus) “Nine”
Why she’ll triumph: Over the last decade, the Bulls have won this awards three times (more than any other sign) thanks to accomplishments of Cate Blachett, Renee Zellweger, and Cruz lat year. It’s a showy role in a star-studded movie.
Why she won’t: The nomination is her reward. The academy isn’t ready to hand the Spaniard her second straight Oscar for dancing in her panties. Plus, Mo’Nique is in the category.
Vera Farmiga (Leo) “Up in the Air”
Why she’ll triumph: If the academy wants to reward a steady, hardworking actress in a multi-dimensional role, Farmiga might have a happy night. She was nominated for virtually for everything this season but did not hear her name called out just yet.
Why she won’t: Vote-splitting with fellow Leo and cast mate (Kendrick) in the category plus…a storm called Mo’Nique.
Maggie Gyllenhaal (Scorpio) “Crazy Heart”
Why she’ll triumph: She was the surprise nominee in this category and sometimes Oscar voters like surprises. In 1993, Sag Marisa Tomei wasn’t nominated for anything during the awards season just like Gyllenhaal wasn’t and shocked all by winning the Oscar. And this Scorpio is campaigning like there’s no tomorrow.
Why she won’t: All the Crazy Heart votes are likely to be cast in the Best Actor category. And Maggie is competing against someone named Mo’Nique.
Anna Kendrick (Leo) “Up in the Air”
Why she’ll triumph: Early National Board of Review win proved that Kendrick has her supporters and voters often like their winners young in this category. She stood her ground against George Clooney AND Kristen Stewart this year.
Why she won’t: Vote-splitting with fellow Leo and cast mate (Farmiga) in the category plus…a tsunami called Mo’Nique.
Mo’Nique (Sagittarius) “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire”
Why she’ll triumph: Her earth-shaking performance has been earning raves, accolades, and fans since January…of 2009. This is role of destiny, and after a Golden Globes and a SAG this sensational Sag is going home with an Oscar.
Why she won’t: She’s the only nominee who stubbornly refused to campaign for the award. But who are we kidding?
Astro Prediction: Mo’Nique wins easily, Gyllenhaal is distant second, and Cruz is best dressed of the night in Marchesa.

You know that you like your sign when you release a single about it. That’s exactly what Capricorn Jared Leto (born December 26, 1971) managed to do three years ago by writing Capricorn (A Brand New Name) for his band, 30 Seconds To Mars. The song is about Goat like stubborn rebellion and reinvention, and Leto couldn’t be more proud of his Earth sign powers.
Jude and Sienna: Capricorn Couple or a Goat Struggle?

In an intriguing turns of events this winter, Capricorns Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren broke up after the golfer’s embarrassing string of affairs and another Capricorn duo, Sienna Miller and Jude Law got back together. You may well remember of course that Law cheated on Miller just like Woods. Of course, few years and timely gigs on Broadway seemed to have healed the wounds for the actors. But will their bliss last? Both Brits have different charts that spotlight a lot of same signs. Miller (born December 28, 1981) has a true and forward thinking Aquarius Moon. She also boasts Venus in that adventurous sign. Law (born December 29, 1972) on his part has a Venus and Mercury in more spontaneous Sagittarius. His Mars in Scorpio can be immediate, ruthless, and energized while Miller’s Mars in Libra is often more contemplating and intellectual. Miller’s love life is ruled by idyllic air, while Law’s is run by fiery Mars and Sag often dubious instinct. But Law has a moon in Libra to complement Miller’s Mars which can help heal some differences and help attract the pair to one another. These two can definitely remain being a couple but a lot of honesty and sacrifice needs to be involved, a combination that can often be challenging in Goat relationships.

Leo James Cameron (born August 16, 1954) doesn’t direct often, but when he does he seems to deliver with worldwide smash blockbusters. Who could forget Titanic after which both Scorpio Leo DiCaprio and Libra Kate Winslet became overnight sensations? But his original superstar molding moment came much earlier in a form of fellow Leo Arnold Schwarzenegger (born July 30, 1947) who starred in Cameron’s first two Terminator films as well as True Lies. And quarter of century after the first Terminator, here comes The Avator and a brand new European born Leo action star Sam Worthington (born August 2, 1976). Arnold went on to become a megastar and a governor. Can Worthington someday join the parliament in England?

During the backstage rounds at the taping of Victoria’s Secret show, most models were thinking of the camera angles, height of their shoes, and their food rituals. Cancer Caroline Trentini (born July 6, 1987) was already looking forward to Thanksgiving. “I always long to see my family and friends,” the blonde Brazilian told us. “I’m a Crab after all! But the advantage of having a Cancer at your holiday table? We love too cook, and I must say – I’m pretty good!”
